The Mission: Keep our Facebook and Instagram feeds active and engaging while we focus on writing the next great adventure.

The Reality: This is straightforward, follow-the-map work – but it’s also the foundation that keeps our literary ship visible to readers across the seven seas.

What You’d Be Doing

Every week, you’ll receive a link to a tidy Google Drive folder containing 3-5 ready-made posts – complete with captions, images, hashtags, and any links. Your job is to schedule these across our Facebook and Instagram accounts using Meta Business Suite, all set to go live on predetermined days.

Think of yourself as our digital deck hand making sure the right content reaches the right places at the right times. You’ll be keeping our social presence steady and help us grow our accounts.

The weekly routine:

  • Monday: Collect the week’s content from Google Drive
  • Schedule posts for agreed days (we’ll work out the pattern together)
  • Tick everything off in our shared Posting Log
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.

There’s no writing, community management drama, or creative decisions involved in this phase – just reliable execution of a clear plan.

What We’re Offering

Time commitment: One (1) hour per week to begin with. You choose the day and time that suits you.

Pay: £5 per hour, paid monthly via PayPal.

Start date: Early September 2025

Duration: Ongoing with 3-month review

The Ideal Crew Member

We’re probably looking for someone who gets excited about doing straightforward work really well. (Or someone who really likes the idea of a metafictional pirate ship.)

You’re comfortable with Meta Business Suite (or willing to learn quickly), and able to communicate clearly to make sure we’re on the same page.

You’re also game to promote a diverse catalogue of content – including romance and erotica – and open to collaborate with a team that responsibly incorporates AI in some business and creative processes.
